Key Areas of activity:

This Kyneton based group has been active for many years with a static membership of local Kyneton residents. The top projects are weed control along the river (willows, blackberries and gorse), repairing the river walk path following flooding – currently 4 km long, and installing  excellent interpretive signage.

They are working in partnership with North Central Catchment Management Authority to remove willows. The group has been growing and planting the threatened Hairy Anchor Plant. They have regular planting days, including some with students from Kyneton Secondary College.
